Light skin-contact, fruity, high acidity and plenty minerality. Seeded in ruby-red volcanic & snowy sandstone soils, this vino underwent a wild fermentation then aged in tonneaux. On the pour it’s a cheerful golden hue with hints of youthful pear & a faint musky scent that concludes on a faintly bitter almond-like chime.
