Citrusy flavors, buttery-caramel nougat notes, and a salivatin’ saline finish. Generous body with a little extra spice and a zesty glaze of fresh apricot and peach. Gleaned by hand and straight to the press – aging in big oak barrels for a couple moons before taking a slight detour into slight malolactic fermentation.
